For those of you taking your first steps in to the world of yoga, let us congratulate you for having the courage to try something new and truly beneficial to your well-being! Yoga is a journey, and no journey begins without those important first steps. We hope you feel supported by knowing that your efforts will be worthwhile. We’ve put together some new to yoga tips to help you navigate our space.
We offer several classes throughout the week that will help familiarize you with the basics, whether you are brand new to yoga or simply new to the styles we teach here. The dates, times, and instructors for these courses are listed below. You can register in person at the studio or through our website. All of our classes are drop-in friendly, but you have the option to sign up online and secure your spot in class.
