 With over 675 hours of RYT trainings in various styles of yoga (Hot, Power, Vinyasa and Adapting Yoga for Disability as well as Forrest Yoga Foundations and Advanced Teacher Trainings) Erin has chosen to teach Forrest Yoga because it delights her to connect with her students authentically through breath, joy, playfulness, hands-on adjustments and compassion; all while maintaining the goal of healing and evolution. Erin’s classes are designed to explore the depths of mind, body and spirit.  Expect insightful themes and intelligent sequencing that connect you to your breath and core and awaken your highest quality of attention on and off the mat.
