Reasons To Consider A Private Yoga Lessons
You are brand new to yoga. Would you like attend classes but are too shy to jump in? Private sessions are an excellent way to begin! Develop your confidence by learning the fundamentals of yoga at your own pace. As an ongoing commitment, private sessions are useful for those with difficult scheduling or for people wanting to build strength and skill before attending group classes. Ask questions when you like, take your time learning the poses, rest when you need to, and receive the individualized attention you need.
You would like to deepen or strengthen your practice. Perhaps you are interested in understanding more about the ancient and broad teachings of Yoga. Want to investigate more difficult poses or receive complete and detailed adjustments? Or there may be specific practices such as pranayama (breath work) or meditation that you would like to add to your practice. Private sessions allow us to tailor the teaching to your specific desires and inquiries.
You would like to develop a home practice. You may be a beginner or experienced yogi who understands the benefits of a daily practice, but would like assistance developing one. Together we can create your own practice, working on your areas of interest such as alignment, sequencing, pranayama, meditation and/or the philosophical aspects of yoga.
You have been away from yoga for a while. You’ve had an active practice in the past but are just getting back into yoga, perhaps due to an illness or injury. Private sessions allow you to reintegrate your body back into your practice while addressing your physical or emotional needs.
Common questions about private yoga lessons
How do Private Yoga Sessions work? Book your session through the front desk. Our knowledgeable staff will help align you with the teacher to best suit your needs. When booking a private, you can expect an intake form to be emailed to you prior to the session. This information will be applied to designing a session that maximizes your time with the teacher. Sessions begin with discussing your needs, concerns, questions, and goals. Taking into consideration your individual situation to develop a practice that is perfect for you.
How many times should we meet? Ideally, weekly or bi-weekly for beginners and twice a month for more advanced students. However, we can create a program that works with your schedule and budget.
What about group private lessons? Practicing with a group gives us a chance to develop healthy habits with friends, family, or co-workers and to bring more mindfulness and respect to those relationships. Celebrate a Birthday, Anniversary, Bachelor or Bachelorette party, or any other occasion for a one time group lesson. Or gather a small group of friends to meet regularly. Group practice also offers a chance to inspire or be inspired by those around you.

1 hour : $75
1.5 hours : $100
Private Yoga Sessions with Kim
- Initial Consult: 90 minutes $100 (30 minutes free)
- 1hr session thereafter is $100
- 5 -1hr sessions package $450
Please read the following before booking a private:
No reimbursement will be given in the case of a no-call no-show.
If you are more than 15 minutes late it is the instructors decision whether to wait and the private will end at the original appointment time with no refund for lost time.
Cancellation fee within 24 hours- $25. The remainder will be refunded onto your credit card.
Please show up for your private at least 5 minutes early.
